Our Pune office is open Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM. For phone inquiries, our helpline is available from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Visits to our hostels in Jammu & Kashmir are arranged by appointment only for donors, partners, and authorized personnel. Please contact us at least 2 weeks in advance to schedule a visit.
Yes, we provide 80G certificates for all eligible donations. Receipts are emailed within 7-10 working days of receiving your donation. For urgent requests, please contact our helpline.
