Rah-e-Niswan (Way of Women)

A dedicated Women Development Centre in Kupwara supporting young women in building skills, confidence, and economic independence

Women play a central role in shaping families and communities. Recognising this, Borderless World Foundation established Rah-e-Niswan, a dedicated Women Development Centre in Kupwara, to support young women in building skills, confidence, and economic independence.

Rah-e-Niswan functions as a safe, women-led space where girls primarily from BWF-supported homes develop entrepreneurial, leadership, and financial management skills. As one of the first women-only workspaces in the area, the centre enables participants to learn, work, and lead with dignity.
